Supporting Children, Young People and Adults

Services in and around Exmouth or Online

Children and Young People

My work with children and young people has enabled them to navigate the complexities of always being connected, the changing demands of school, puberty and in what way and where they belong. I support them to understand their behaviours and coping strategies in response to confusing, and often, overwhelming experiences. Together, we develop healthier strategies to manage the difficult experiences and enable them to show up kinder to themselves.

Adults and Couples

My work with adults has looked at past and present experiences, how these might be influencing current relationships and the role they play within these. I have supported clients to process trauma, grief and loss, as well as couples work around meeting the needs of their partner, communication and conflict, dealing with affairs and sex and aging. My work alongside clients has enabled them to raise awareness around the challenges they face, promote choices around what is in their control and change what they can to experience a different outcome.

ADHD

I have a personal and professional interest in neurodiversity, specifically ADHD. Working with both young people and adults that are diagnosed, awaiting a diagnosis or self-identify as neurodiverse. My work has supported individuals celebrating their strengths, understanding their lived experience and through a combination of counselling and coaching meeting their personalised needs. I also offer support for those in relationship with neurodiverse individuals to enable them to understand, celebrate and work alongside their loved one or friend.

Pricing and Booking

I offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone, or in person, for individuals to discuss needs and answer any questions you may have.

My counselling and coaching fee is £60 for adults, £65 for children and young people, and £75 for couples, payable by BACS or cash. My sessions are 1 hour in duration.
