It’s ok to not be ok!
We all have mental health like we all have physical health.
Absolutely everybody experiences periods of poor mental health – no one is immune. It is normal to struggle at times in our relationships, with how we feel, think, behave and the beliefs we hold about ourselves.
If you recognise that you might be hurting in some way, please talk to someone you trust and feel comfortable talking to. Do not suffer in silence. Early intervention is crucial to prevent poor mental health from becoming more complex.
