“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Wayne Dyer
I have been in relationship with ADHDer’s and AuADHDer’s for several decades in both a professional and personal capacity. What I have learned is that to show up in a meaningful way for them I need to understand their lived experience, celebrate and reinforce their strengths and skills, whilst complementing this with the science and research behind the diagnosis. I have needed to look at how I work and parent and change my approach to be truly unconditionally connected. I offer those in relationship with ADHDer’s and AuADHDer’s a space to check in, learn about the diagnosis and talk about your lived experience to be able to fully advocate and support those special, unique and amazing individuals in your lives!
Areas of focus include:
- The neuroscience of ADHD.
- How ADHD shows up in their life and your relationship with them.
- Embracing their uniqueness, celebrating their strengths.
- Working with emotional dysregulation theirs and yours.
- What ADHD burnout looks like.
- Hyper focus and avoidance of tasks.
- Working with the co-occurring conditions that are present.
- Understanding Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria and how this plays out through their behaviours.

- Exploring relationship and communication challenges, yours, theirs and the wider network.
- Supporting their personalised brain hacks to work with their brain and not against it.
- Body doubling work around household chores, meal prep, studying and project work.
- Changing the ‘norm’ you have learned about parenting and relationships and ‘spicing it up.’
- Taking care of you to be able to take care of them.
