How I work

I adopt an integrative and flexible approach to counselling and coaching that meets the unique needs and learning styles of my clients. Some of my clients prefer to talk, whilst others work creatively with the resources that I have. I have clients that work face to face with me in my therapy room and others that prefer to meet via Skype. I love working with children and young people between 10 to 18 years of age, as well as adults.

Over my career I have worked supporting others within several areas. Although I have separated some focus areas to counselling and coaching, they can often overlap.
