Supporting Children, Young People and Adults
Services in Exmouth, Exeter, East Devon and Online
I offer supervision with a particular interest in supporting practitioners working therapeutically with neurodivergent young people (11-18 years old) and adults.
My supervision practice is informed by both professional and lived experience of neurodivergence. This means that supervision can provide space not only to think about the client and therapeutic relationship, but also to explore how neurodivergence may influence communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory needs, masking, rejection sensitivity, relationships and the experience of therapy itself.
My approach is collaborative, reflective and supportive, while also providing space for appropriate challenge, curiosity and professional development.
Alongside private practice, I have experience of working therapeutically within secondary education and previously worked as a teacher and within alternative and secure education settings.
My supervision is informed by an integrative approach, including the Seven-Eyed Model, allowing us to consider the client, therapeutic relationship, practitioner process, supervisory relationship and the wider systems surrounding the work.
